Here's a recap of the key mission milestones for ATV Jules Verne, beginning with launch on 9 March 2008 up to the most recent boosts on 15 September (click on 'Full story' for details). -- Daniel

ATV Jules Verne mission milestones (all in 2008)

•    09 March: Launch on Ariane 5 from the Guiana Space Centre.
•    29 March: Docking Demo Day 1, and  
•    31 March: Docking Demo Day  2 (for stepped approach & testing emergency manoeuvres)
•    03 April: Picture-perfect docking to ISS/Zvezda!
•    05 April: ISS crew enters ATV
•    25 April: First of four ISS re-boosts using ATV engine
•    27 August: Debris avoidance manouvre
•    05 September: ATV un-docking from Zvezda, 23:27-23:32 CEST
•    15 September: ATV boost; 1st manoeuvre at 13:38 CEST, 2nd manoeuvre at 14:33 CEST- ATV placed in phasing orbit at about 10 km below ISS.
