Now that Jules Verne is docked and in operation at the ISS, we're signing off from the Jules Verne ATV Blog! We've had a fantastic time reporting for ESA's blog from ESOC in Germany, ESTEC in The Netherlands, and - of course - ATV-CC in Toulouse, France.
We'd like to thank everyone at ESA, CNES and the industry teams who took time to answer our questions, especially the men and women on the ATV project team and on the mission control team. We'd also like to thank everyone who visited our blog - and especially those who posted a comment, a query or a message.
For future updates on ATV, please check the ATV site on the main ESA Web portal, at http://www.esa.int/atv.

Much appreciated!
I had not looked into the ISS/Space/ATV for over 10 years in any real depth - the ATV was a real eye opener.
I like the description of ATV as a "resupply and reboost vehicle" its more apt than some I have seen.
I think we can all see that the automatic nature of the journey and the docking are a great practical demonstration of systems that will be needed for future exploration of the Solar System.
I'm just a little disappointed in the UK's apparent very small participation compared to other European counties, hopefully I am mistaken or this can be corrected in the future.

As a now retired PA from OC Contraves AG, I was partly involved in the ATV (structure) project as well as for the ATV Solar Array Mechanism which we manufatured for Dutch Space. I am very pleased that there was a full success with Jules Verne and the ISS and the perfect rendez vous in space. Concratulations to all! Best regards to Joseph Hüsler PA Manager for the ATV project at ESTEC. Peter H. Kuhn

this blog has been the best way to get the latest news. i have really enjoyed reading it. thanks for all the efforts it has taken.
but why stop? only now does ATV justify being in the ESA Manned Space Division; the crew are inside and have lots of interesting work to perform. then there is the tricky undocking and re-entry. please keep the blog going...
